|| Our Products Road Asset Management Framework The overall objective of the project is to develop a GIS based Highways Information System for planning and management of National Highways network. The project activities include development of Highway Information System (HIS) in GIS environment and collation of the highways related information from primary as well as secondary sources. The primary data will be collected using instrumented road Network Survey Vehicle (NSV) which is synchronized with Differential Global Positioning System (DGPS). The secondary data would be obtained from various highway agencies. The Health & Sanitation Department is engaged in the services of Solid Waste Management and Public Health to keep the city neat and clean. Administrator assigns the timings to drivers to lift the dumper bin on a particular date. PDA devices provided to every driver. Once driver lift the bin, driver has to update lifted dumper bin details on device. Technologies used: Microsoft Visual Studio 2005, .NET Framework 2.0, ArcGIS Server, ArcSDE, HDM-4, Oracle 10g.
